Assembly Supervisor (1-3 Years)

1) Candidates having 1 to 3 year experience of Assembly engineering .All Production Activities In Assembly Lines as Well as Covering The Manufacturing Lines.

Production Planning & Manpower planning.

Implement the Various Improvements on Shop Floor by Using Lean Manufacturing Concepts To Improve Efficiency and Productivity.

Analysis of Productivity, OEE, Internal Defects & Scrap.

Coordination With Supporting Departments To Ensure Smooth Running Of Assemble Lines.

Ensure operations With Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Produce Product with in Specifications. Analysis of Rework & Scrap through PDCA Cycle and 7QC tools To Avoid Wastage and Rework To Ensure That All Lines Are cleaned and follow the 5’s system.

Ensure the All Safety Rules and Regulation as Per Policy In The Line and Safe Work Area Leads the Works by Guiding Them the Way of Perform Their Daily Tasks.
