Assembly Manager:-

Perform assembly of medical devices as per approved SOP and work instructions.

Ensure proper handling of components to maintain product quality and hygiene.

Check packing boxes for correctness (label, batch number, expiry date, quantity, MRP, barcode, etc.).

Verify finished goods before final packing.

Maintain packing records, batch records, and related documentation accurately.

Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and company quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.

Report any defects, damage, or non-conformity to QA/Production Supervisor.

Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
