Assembly Fitter (1-3 Years)

*To perform assembly operations as per approved drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.

*To ensure proper use of tools, gauges, fixtures, and equipment during assembly work.

*To check and verify components before assembly to avoid defects or incorrect fitment.

*To maintain required production quantity as per daily production targets.

*To follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and company safety guidelines at all times.

*To maintain cleanliness and discipline at the work area as per 5S standards.

*To report any quality issues, material shortages, or machine problems to the supervisor immediately.

*To ensure proper handling and storage of parts, tools, and finished goods.

*To support inspection activities and quality checks whenever required.

*To follow company policies, rules, and instructions given by seniors or management.

*To assist in continuous improvement and cost reduction activities.

*To maintain production records and job cards as instructed.
