1-Write code that is easy to maintain, following standard naming

2-conventions, comments and with good coding style

3-Coding using Microsoft technologies, review technical documentation and perform code reviews

4-Understand architecture principles, design patterns and implement them from architecture artifacts

5-Work with team lead/project manager to understand requirements

6-Participate in design discussions and reviews

7- Good knowledge of debugging and solving problem via searching on google

8- He/she can interact with client(good communication skill is must) for any project requirement or project meeting
