• mechanical engineer (graduate / diploma holder) with 8 - 10years field sales experience and demonstrated good levels of performance across varied situations.

• age 38+ years but not more than 45 years.

• experience in similar industry and in- depth product knowledge in selling of fire & safety/disaster management advance equipment’s (breathing air compressors/ diving equipment / search camera / hydraulic tools / air lifting bags/ ppv blowers etc.) and working experience of institutional sales / industrial sales or capital equipment sales to private industries / govt depts. (defense / police / state fire hq / shipyards & power plants / other govt depts.) mumbai branch.

• good working knowledge of computers.

• good verbal & written communication skills

• leadership / managerial skills with good crm.
