· candidate with 4-5 years of experience in the field of sales of beverage in fmcg industry.

· planned visit as per requirements

. should be confident enough to handle channel sales & distributor sales activity.

· responsible for increasing the primary sales for a given territory area.

. ensure monthly sales targets ( primary & secondary ) are achieved thru the sales team.

. major responsibility to appoint super stockists/distributors and selling the product.

. should have handled a minimum team of 6-8 sales team members.

. should be able to set up distribution network (super stockiest& distributors).

. require a good team leader able to find, analyze, and solve market risk. able to draft and

implement monthly, quarterly sales plan.

. resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

. as the area sales manager, sales officer you will be responsible for the sales performance - driving volumes and distribution targets for the new product category in the respective territory.
