Experience:

-Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate - MBA (preferred)

-7-14 years of work experience in insurance industry, preferably from defense background. Should --have experience

-of leading a team of result oriented Branch Managers (Up to 20 yrs of work experience if a senior Army/Navy/AF

-officer is being hired for the position of Area Manager).

-Extensive people management experience from defense background
