Position: Area Manager- IFA
CTC: up to 8 LPA + Incentives
Exp. 2+ Yrs. in HNI Wealth/ PMS/ AIF Sales via IFA/Channel Sales
Location: Chennai
Education: Graduate or MBA/PGDM in Financial Planning/Wealth Management. Other qualifications, like CFP, will be an advantage.

Job Role:
Achieve given AUM and Revenue targets
Maintain relationships with the existing network of IFAs
Recruit potential new IFAs
Manage, recruit and drive the sales team for meeting efforts and performance targets.
Ensure the highest servicing standard for IFAs in the areas of sales support, query resolution, product training and client seminars
Build up a team as per the defined organisation structure.
Job Mandates:
Educational Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience: 2+ Years in sales of investment products through IFA channel.
Team handling experience: Recommended
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of market pulse, trade knowledge, and understanding of the indirect channel.
IT Skills: MS Office and Business Intelligence Applications.
