Architectural Draftsman (Full Time)

Key Skills:

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Photoshop, and similar software.

- Experience in design drawings and working drawings.

- Understanding of construction technologies and good construction detailing.

- Innovative approach to design, outstanding visualization & presentation skills, and ability to create 3D designs.

- Ability to work well under pressure with a disciplined working attitude.

- Analytical mind and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

- Receptive to direction and guidance from Team Lead, strong ability to work amicably in a team environment, and decent work ethics.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other relevant software.

- Create detailed drawings, specifications, working drawings, and BoQ for architectural projects.

- Develop 2D and 3D visualizations using tools like Google SketchUp and Photoshop to support design concepts and presentations.

- Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and ensure that drawings align with the overall design vision.

- Regularly review and update drawings to incorporate feedback and changes from the design team.

- Organize and maintain project files, drawings, and related documentation to ensure easy accessibility and version control.

- Assist in the preparation of design presentations and materials for client meetings.

- Ensure all drawings and plans adhere to company standards and industry best practices.
