Architectural Draftsman (Full Time)

key skills:

- proficient in autocad, rhino, sketchup, photoshop, and similar software.

- experience in design drawings and working drawings.

- understanding of construction technologies and good construction detailing.

- innovative approach to design, outstanding visualization & presentation skills, and ability to create 3d designs.

- ability to work well under pressure with a disciplined working attitude.

- analytical mind and problem-solving skills.

- excellent written and oral english communication skills.

- receptive to direction and guidance from team lead, strong ability to work amicably in a team environment, and decent work ethics.

responsibilities and duties:

- produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and plans using autocad and other relevant software.

- create detailed drawings, specifications, working drawings, and boq for architectural projects.

- develop 2d and 3d visualizations using tools like google sketchup and photoshop to support design concepts and presentations.

- work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and ensure that drawings align with the overall design vision.

- regularly review and update drawings to incorporate feedback and changes from the design team.

- organize and maintain project files, drawings, and related documentation to ensure easy accessibility and version control.

- assist in the preparation of design presentations and materials for client meetings.

- ensure all drawings and plans adhere to company standards and industry best practices.
