Architect

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to support the design and development of architectural projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong visualization skills, proficiency in design software, and the ability to collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to develop functional, innovative, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Responsibilities Design & Development

Create conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.

Develop design presentations, renderings, and visual materials for client meetings.

Assist senior architects in preparing design packages, feasibility studies, and project proposals.

Technical Support

Translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings using CAD software.

Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and interior design teams to ensure cohesive design development.

Review building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements to ensure design compliance.

Support preparation of permit submissions and construction documentation.

Project Collaboration

Work closely with project managers, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Participate in design meetings, site visits, and project reviews.

Help identify design challenges and propose effective, creative solutions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Design.

1–3 years of experience in an architectural design or drafting role (fresh graduates also considered depending on requirements).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, or similar design tools.

Strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and construction methods.

Excellent 2D drafting and 3D modeling skills.

Experience with BIM coordination.
