🚨 urgent hiring: senior architect / head architect – pune 🚨

we are on the lookout for an experienced senior architect / head architect with a passion for design and construction! if you have 6+ years of experience and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this is your chance to lead innovative projects for a top builder and construction company in pune!

your role:

🔹 project coordination & design: oversee project coordination, interior design, material selection, and cost estimation.

🔹 architectural excellence: lead the planning and design of both residential and commercial projects in collaboration with architects and consultants.

🔹 legal & sales support: work hand-in-hand with legal, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.

🔹 consultant coordination: select the right consulting architects, and liaise with liaisoning architects/engineers for approvals from pmc/pcmc/pmrda.

🔹 site supervision: oversee site progress, interior project execution, and coordinate with various consultants (rcc, mep, landscape, environmental) to ensure flawless delivery.

🔹 rera knowledge: ensure all project documentation is rera-compliant and up-to-date.

what we need:

✅ 6+ years of hands-on experience in architecture and project coordination (preferably in construction or real estate).

✅ proficiency in autocad, excel, and other design tools.

✅ strong leadership, coordination, and client management skills.

✅ an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
