Job Description

As an AR (Accounts Receivable) Caller, your main responsibility will be to follow up on unpaid and denied claims from insurance companies for medical services rendered. Your duties will include contacting insurance companies to verify claim status, appealing denied claims, and re-submitting claims as needed. You will also be responsible for documenting all communication with insurance companies and patients regarding billing inquiries.

In addition, you will need to have strong knowledge and experience in medical billing and coding practices, as well as a solid understanding of denial
