coding and billing: assign accurate icd-10-cm and cpt codes to medical services and procedures.

compliance: adhere to hipaa regulations and other relevant compliance standards.

communication: communicate effectively with insurance carriers, patients, and healthcare providers.

data analysis: analyze billing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
