Aptitude Trainer (1-4 Years)

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Aptitude Trainer to join our team in Kukatpally. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience and a professional degree. This part-time role requires working from the office, and you will be responsible for preparing students to excel in various aptitude tests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate engaging and effective training classes to help students improve their aptitude skills in areas such as quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.

- Develop Training Materials: Create and curate relevant training content and practice materials that enhance learning outcomes and keep students motivated.

- Assess Student Performance: Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to help them identify strengths and areas for improvement.

- Personalized Guidance: Offer one-on-one support to students, tailoring your approach based on their individual needs and learning styles.

- Keep Updated with Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends in aptitude training and incorporate new techniques and materials as needed.
