Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Learning Operations: Shadowing senior operators to understand machine settings, raw material feeding, and process parameters.

Support Tasks: Assisting in the setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery (., CNC/VMC machines, electrical panels, or assembly lines).

Quality Monitoring: Learning to perform basic quality checks and identifying defects under supervision.

Safety Adherence: Strictly following all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety protocols, as this is the most critical part of an apprenticeship.

Documentation: Maintaining a Logbook of tasks performed, machinery learned, and daily observations for the training supervisor.

Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace (5S methodology) as part of the daily routine.
