Application L1:
1. Working in a 24 X 7 Environment client environment, Monitoring, troubleshooting & management customize application support.
2. Providing technical support to external clients and teams within the organization.
3. Schedule and Adhoc report generation as per customer requirement
4. Managing ticketed query system and ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
5. Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
6. Identifying and resolving technical issues
7. Willing to learn new tools/frameworks and apply new concepts and techniques that might require for the support.
8. Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems
9. Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business.
10. Hands on Experience in Calls , Emails
