Urgent Requirement For Windows Application Support

• ITIL processes knowledge.

• Knowing or having background in service operations (problem, event, incident mgmt.) and service transition (change and knowledge mgmt.)

• Experience and knowledge of Incident management, change-management principles, methodologies and tools.

• Generate MIS Reports for various applications.

• Experience in Application Support & Ticketing Tools

• Windows, IIS,.net framework applications support and SQL knowledge.

• Familiarity working with AWS.

• Practical Experience in Database (MSSQL, MYSQL ,Mongo.)

Note:- Looking for a resource experienced in IIS Web Server and ITIL pro
