Application Developer

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Develop and configure CRM software and mobile applications.

€¢ Test and deploy application modules.

€¢ Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.

€¢ Prepare and submit user and admin manuals.

€¢ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

€¢ Ensure applications meet quality standards and performance benchmarks.

€¢ Perform regular updates and maintenance of software systems.

€¢ Integrate third-party tools and APIs as needed.

€¢ Provide training and guidance to end-users for smooth adoption.

€¢ Document processes, workflows, and system configurations for reference.

€¢ Ensure security compliance and data protection within applications.

€¢ Monitor and resolve performance issues post-deployment.

Qualifications & Experience:

€¢ Education: /. (CS/IT/ECE) or BCA/MCA/MSc-IT.

€¢ Experience:

o 7+ years in the IT/power sector.

o 5+ years in CRM, MIS, and IT application development.
