Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Provide training and guidance to end-users for smooth adoption.
€¢ Document processes, workflows, and system configurations for reference.
€¢ Ensure security compliance and data protection within applications.
€¢ Monitor and resolve performance issues post-deployment.
Qualifications & Experience:
€¢ Education: /. (CS/IT/ECE) or BCA/MCA/MSc-IT.
€¢ Experience:
o 7+ years in the IT/power sector.
o 5+ years in CRM, MIS, and IT application development.
