Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities :
 Strong knowledge and experience of Monitoring Applications using AppDynamics Tool. Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
 Able to manage support requirements in terms of troubleshooting, creating RCAs, troubleshooting problem, Reporting.
 Experience on Configuration and customization of AppDynamics solution.
 Ability to manage and deliver complete AppDynamics deployments in complex customer environments in quick timelines.
 Hardcore experience of creating custom configuration and alerting in AppDynamics deployments ensuring end-to-end tool functionality Expertise in triage and root cause analysis (RCAs) of issues with collection and analysis of performance metrics as-required to diagnose complex system problems in a timely manner.
 As needed coordinate with AppDynamics team and other application vendors for problem investigation and resolution using Monitoring Tool.
 Hands-on implementation experience in AppDynamics On-Premise and SaaS based solutions Ability to integrate AppDynamics with various supported ITSM, CI/CD and QA/Performance Testing tools Good communications skills.
