The candidate should possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to providing high-quality patient support.

Designation: Allied Health Professional

Roles & Responsibilities:

Connect with patients to confirm their medical information provided on the website

Help doctors obtain additional information from patients / Conduct medication reconciliation with doctors to resolve patient information discrepancies.

Provided patient counselling on medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies outlined by the company.

Required Skills:

in nursing or Hospital administrative or Medical Assistant or Medical Secretary with 1-3 years of professional experience

Registered under the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021 or National Nursing and Midwifery Commission Act, 2023

Excellent English communication & presentation skills

Basic understanding of medication terminology

Should be able to work in a team

Should have an agile approach towards the work
