Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Greet and assist passengers, answering their queries and providing information about flight schedules, ticket prices, and travel regulations to enhance their travel experience.

- Ticket Sales: Process ticket bookings for passengers, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the system while offering the best deals and options available.

- Check-in Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process by checking travel documents, issuing boarding passes, and managing baggage drop-off to facilitate a smooth departure.

- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the ticketing process, such as cancellations or rebookings, ensuring compliance with airline policies and maintaining customer satisfaction.

- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and cancellations, handle cash transactions, and prepare daily financial reports to ensure accountability and organization.
