- Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain a positive attitude while providing information about flight schedules, services, or airport facilities.

- Safety and Security: Help maintain a secure environment by observing airport safety protocols and reporting any suspicious activity to security personnel.
