We are looking for dedicated Airport Staff to join our team in Liluah. This role involves various tasks to ensure smooth airport operations and excellent passenger service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Check-In Assistance**: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they have the necessary documents and information for their flights.

- **Baggage Handling**: Safely manage passenger luggage, including loading and unloading bags from aircraft, ensuring they are secured during transit.

- **Customer Service**: Provide friendly and helpful service to passengers, addressing their queries and concerns to enhance their travel experience.

- **Ticketing Support**: Assist in issuing tickets and providing information on flights, schedules, and travel policies.

- **Safety Compliance**: Follow airport safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe environment for passengers and staff.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have at least a 10th-grade education and ideally some customer service experience, although fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with passengers from diverse backgrounds. A team-oriented mindset is important, as you will be working alongside other airport staff. Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to handle stress in a busy environment are crucial. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is also expected.
