Key Responsibilities:
1. Greeting passengers: Welcome passengers at the airport terminal and assist them with any queries or directions.
2. Providing information: Offer information on flight schedules, boarding gates, baggage claim, and other airport facilities to passengers.
3. Assisting with check-in: Help passengers with the check-in process, including printing boarding passes and tagging luggage.
4. Handling complaints: Address passenger complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
5. Ensuring security: Follow security protocols to ensure the safety and security of passengers and airport premises.
