Hiring For 12th Pass Freshers - Airport Ramp Executive

We are seeking motivated and responsible individuals for the position of Ramp Executive. This role involves supervising ground handling operations, ensuring timely aircraft turnaround, and maintaining safety standards on the ramp.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate ramp operations, including baggage handling, aircraft loading/unloading, and ground equipment movement

Ensure the timely arrival and departure of aircraft by managing turnaround processes efficiently

Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols

Communicate with ground staff, airline crew, and other airport departments

Maintain records of ramp activities, equipment usage, and service completion

Report any irregularities, delays, or equipment malfunctions to the concerned authorities

Required Skills:

Strong communication and coordination skills

Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Familiarity with ramp safety procedures and ground handling equipment

Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream

Age: 18-35 years

Basic computer knowledge

Physical fitness for field duties

Prior experience in aviation or ramp operations is preferred, but not mandatory
