Hiring Fresher / Airport Ramp Executive / 10th Pass

We are looking for a dedicated Airport Ramp Executive to join our team in Deoghar, India. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who have completed their 10th standard.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft at the airport ramp.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Aircraft Marshalling**: You will guide the aircraft safely to its designated parking area, using hand signals and equipment to communicate with pilots.

2. **Baggage Handling**: You will efficiently load and unload luggage and cargo from the aircraft, ensuring it is handled carefully to prevent damage.

3. **Ground Support Equipment**: You will operate and maintain ground support equipment, such as tugs and belt loaders, to assist in the timely turnaround of flights.

4. **Safety and Compliance**: You must follow all safety protocols and airport procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

5. **Team Collaboration**: You will work closely with other ramp staff, flight crews, and ground operations teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a strong understanding of safety practices and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential, as you will interact with various personnel. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn will help you succeed in this role.
