1. **Baggage Handling**: You will be responsible for loading and unloading passenger luggage and cargo onto and off aircraft, ensuring that all items are handled safely and efficiently.

2. **Ground Support Equipment Operation**: You will operate various equipment used on the ramp, such as tugs and belt loaders, to assist in the movement of baggage and cargo.

3. **Safety Compliance**: Adhering to safety protocols and procedures is essential. You will ensure that all operations on the ramp are conducted in a safe manner to protect yourself and others.

4. **Communication**: You will coordinate with the flight crew and fellow ramp agents to ensure timely and accurate operation. Clear communication is crucial for smooth ramp operations.

5. **Maintenance Checks**: Performing routine checks on ground support equipment and reporting any maintenance issues will be part of your responsibilities to ensure all tools are in good working order.
