Key Responsibilities:

Loading and Unloading: Ramp agents are responsible for loading and unloading luggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft.

Ground Support Equipment (GSE): They operate and maintain GSE, such as baggage carts, tow vehicles, and de-icing equipment.

Aircraft Handling: They guide aircraft to and from gates, ensuring proper parking and maneuvering.

Safety and Security: Ramp agents must follow strict safety procedures and regulations to ensure the safety of aircraft, passengers, and airport personnel.

Communication: They communicate with pilots, flight crews, and other airport personnel to coordinate operations.

Problem Solving: They address any issues or delays that may arise during ground operations.

Cabin Maintenance: They may also perform basic cabin maintenance services
