**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Baggage Handling:** Monitor baggage drop-off and retrieval for passengers, ensuring their luggage is handled carefully and reaches the correct destination.

- **Issue Resolution:** Address any issues or concerns raised by passengers and find solutions to enhance their travel experience during their time at the airport.

- **Safety Compliance:** Ensure that all airport safety and security protocols are strictly followed while assisting passengers.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have good communication skills and a friendly attitude to enhance passenger interactions. A high school diploma is required.
