As an Airport Ground Staff member, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for passengers. Your duties will include:

- Passenger Check-In: Assist passengers with the check-in process, ensuring that they receive their boarding passes and baggage tags efficiently.

- Baggage Handling: Safely manage and transport passenger luggage, including loading and unloading bags to and from the aircraft.

- Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful assistance to passengers, answering any questions they might have about their flights, and handling any issues or concerns that arise.

- Boarding Assistance: Facilitate the boarding process by checking tickets, ensuring passengers board the aircraft in an orderly manner, and guiding them to their seats as needed.

- Safety Procedures: Help maintain safety and security by following all protocols and procedures, ensuring that passengers adhere to regulations during check-in and boarding.

- Communication: Coordinate effectively with pilots, crew, and other ground staff to relay important information and maintain operational efficiency.
