Airport Ground Staff - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. This full-time position is based in Khunti and is open to freshers who have completed their 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and provide information about flights and airport facilities to ensure a pleasant experience.

- Baggage Handling: Manage passengers' luggage safely, including loading and unloading bags from aircraft and ensuring proper tracking to avoid loss or damage.

- Ticketing and Check-In: Help passengers with ticketing processes at kiosks or counters, ensuring all data is entered correctly and efficiently.

- Safety Procedures: Follow safety regulations and protocols while guiding passengers to their designated areas, contributing to a secure travel environment.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication throughout the airport.
