Job Responsibilities:

- Assist passengers during check-in and boarding.

- Handle passenger queries and provide customer support.

- Assist with baggage handling and luggage-related queries.

- Verify tickets and travel documents as required.

- Guide passengers to boarding gates and airport facilities.

- Coordinate with airline staff to ensure smooth airport operations.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills.

- Basic English and Hindi.

- Presentable personality and professional attitude.

- Customer service and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in shifts.
