- Boarding Coordination: Manage the boarding of passengers onto the aircraft, ensuring everyone is in the right place and there are no delays.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing passengers’ queries and concerns, ensuring they have a pleasant experience at the airport.

- Baggage Handling: Safely manage baggage procedures by loading and unloading luggage from the aircraft and ensuring it is transported correctly.

- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure airport environment for passengers and staff.

- Communication: Communicate effectively with other ground staff and airline personnel to coordinate processes smoothly.

Required Skills and Expectations:
