As an Airport Ground Staff member, your main role is to ensure a smooth experience for passengers at the airport. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, helping them with various tasks before and after their flights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check-in Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they receive their boarding passes and luggage tags correctly.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to travelers by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering support throughout their airport experience.

- Baggage Handling: Safely manage and load passengers’ luggage onto the aircraft, ensuring that all items are secure and accounted for.

- Boarding Coordination: Facilitate the boarding process by guiding passengers to their designated gates and ensuring they board the aircraft in an orderly manner.

- Safety Procedures: Follow safety regulations and protocols, responding to emergencies if required and assisting in maintaining a secure airport environment.
