Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Check-in: Assist passengers with check-in procedures, ensuring they have the required documents and help them with the self-check-in kiosks if necessary.

- Baggage Handling: Manage the loading and unloading of baggage, ensuring that luggage is handled safely and reaches the correct destination.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering passenger queries, addressing concerns, and offering assistance to ensure a pleasant travel experience.

- Boarding Assistance: Help guide passengers during the boarding process, ensuring all protocols are followed and that everyone boards safely and efficiently.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations at the airport, reporting any suspicious activity or safety hazards immediately.
