- **Boarding Assistance:** Guide passengers during boarding, making sure that everyone boards in an orderly manner and that any special needs are accommodated.

- **Safety and Security Compliance:** Monitor the airport environment to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations, reporting any suspicious activities to the management promptly.
