As an Airport Ground Staff member, your main role is to ensure the smooth operation of passenger services at the airport. This is a full-time position located in Chaibasa, and we are open to freshers who have completed their 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check-in Support: Assist passengers with the check-in process by verifying their tickets and helping them with luggage, ensuring that they have a hassle-free experience.

- Baggage Handling: Safely manage passenger baggage from check-in to the aircraft, ensuring all bags are properly tagged and loaded, to prevent loss or damage.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to passengers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering help with any issues related to flights and schedules.

- Boarding Assistance: Guide passengers during boarding, making sure that everyone boards in an orderly manner and that any special needs are accommodated.

- Safety and Security Compliance: Monitor the airport environment to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations, reporting any suspicious activities to the management promptly.
