**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Check-in Assistance:** Help passengers with the check-in process by scanning tickets and issuing boarding passes, ensuring a quick and efficient experience.

- **Baggage Handling:** Manage and oversee the loading and unloading of luggage, making sure that all bags reach the correct flights without damage.

- **Customer Support:** Address passenger inquiries and concerns, providing information about flight schedules, boarding gates, and airport facilities to enhance their travel experience.

- **Safety Protocols:** Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures while assisting passengers in boarding and disembarking from aircraft.

- **Communication Liaison:** Coordinate with airlines and other ground staff members to relay essential information about flight changes or delays to passengers promptly.
