Job Description

- Welcoming passengers: Greet passengers as they arrive at the airport and assist them with luggage or directions to their check-in counters.

- Check-in assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process, including issuing boarding passes, tagging luggage, and providing necessary information about their flight.

- Security checks: Assist in guiding passengers through security checks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a smooth flow of passengers.

- Boarding support: Help passengers board the aircraft efficiently, check boarding passes, assist with seating arrangements, and provide any necessary information.

- Baggage handling: Assist with loading and unloading luggage onto conveyor belts, ensuring that each bag is properly tagged and sent to the correct destination.

- Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service to passengers by addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.

Required skills and expectations:

1. Good communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues.

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

3. Physical fitness and stamina to lift and move heavy luggage as required.

4. Punctuality and reliability to ensure smooth operations and timely assistance to passengers.

5. Basic computer knowledge to operate check-in systems and other airport equipment.
