Key Responsibilities:

1. **Passenger Assistance**: Welcome passengers at the airport, helping them with check-in procedures and providing information about flights and services.

2. **Baggage Handling**: Ensure the safe loading and unloading of passenger luggage. Support efficient baggage delivery to enhance the overall travel experience.

3. **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety and security regulations. Assist in screening passengers and their belongings to maintain a secure environment.

4. **Service Coordination**: Collaborate with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth operations. This includes coordinating with airlines for timely flight departures and arrivals.

5. **Problem Solving**: Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain a calm demeanor while assisting distressed passengers in unexpected situations.
