Key Responsibilities:

- Baggage Management: Track and manage luggage loading and unloading, ensuring that all bags are securely transported to their destination.

- Customer Service: Provide information and address inquiries from passengers regarding flights, services, and airport facilities, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and security protocols, conducting necessary checks to ensure the safety of passengers and their belongings.

- Coordination with Airlines: Work closely with airline staff to facilitate smooth operations, communicating any issues or delays promptly.
