Airport Ground Staff are responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of airport facilities and providing excellent customer service to passengers. Responsibilities include:

- Assisting passengers with check-in and boarding procedures

- Handling baggage and cargo

- Directing aircraft on the tarmac

- Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and aircraft

- Communicating with air traffic control and other airport staff

- Resolving customer complaints and inquiries.
