We are seeking dedicated Airport Ground Staff for our team in Dum Dum, Kolkata. In this entry-level position, you will assist in ensuring smooth airport operations and provide excellent service to passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Check-in Assistance: Help passengers with check-in processes, including baggage handling and issuing boarding passes, ensuring a smooth start to their journeys.

2. Customer Service: Attend to passenger needs, answer queries, and provide information about flights, facilities, and services at the airport, fostering a positive travel experience.

3. Baggage Management: Monitor and manage the safe loading and unloading of luggage onto aircraft, ensuring that all baggage is handled correctly and efficiently.

4. Security Checks: Collaborate with security personnel to ensure all safety guidelines are followed during boarding and throughout the airport.

5. Emergency Response: Be prepared to assist in emergency situations, following company procedures to ensure passenger safety.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential to provide great service to travelers. While previous experience in customer service is preferred, freshers are welcome to apply. You should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, able to work flexible hours, and have a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with basic computer operations is a plus, as it will aid in handling check-in systems effectively.
