We are seeking an Airport Cargo Loader based in Kolkata who will play a crucial role in ensuring that cargo is loaded and unloaded efficiently at the airport. Key Responsibilities:- Loading and Unloading Cargo: Safely load and unload cargo from aircraft, following all safety guidelines to prevent damage and ensure a smooth operation.- Cargo Inspection: Examine cargo for security and damage before loading to ensure compliance with airport regulations and safety standards.- Weight Distribution: Ensure proper weight distribution of cargo in the aircraft to maintain balance and adhere to safety protocols.- Use of Equipment: Operate equipment such as forklifts and tugs to move cargo efficiently. Proper training will be provided for safe operation.- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and reports related to cargo handling, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.- Collaboration: Work as part of a team with other airport staff to coordinate timely loading and unloading, ensuring that flights operate on schedule.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a minimum of a 12th-grade education. Prior experience is not mandatory, but individuals should be physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
