Key Ground Staff Responsibilities:
Passenger Handling & Service:
Check-in: Greeting passengers, verifying travel documents, issuing boarding passes, and weighing/tagging luggage.
Boarding Gates: Scanning boarding passes, making announcements, boarding flights, and managing seat changes.
Special Assistance: Assisting elderly, disabled passengers, and unaccompanied minors.
Customer Service: Addressing queries, resolving complaints, and managing flight delays or cancellations.
Ramp Services & Operations:
Baggage Handling: Loading and unloading luggage and cargo safely into the aircraft.
Aircraft Servicing: Guiding aircraft to parking bays, providing stairs/jet bridges, and organizing cabin cleaning and catering.
Safety Coordination: Conducting pre-flight safety checks, managing refueling, and securing the aircraft.
Security & Administration:
Security Checks: Monitoring passenger security screenings and controlling access to restricted areas.
