Job description

Knowledge of Domestic/International Ticketing according need of different clients

Resolving clients complaint and escalations whenever required.

Supervise th work of office, administrative and customer service employees t ensure adherence to qualit standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.

Issuing tickets and other relevant documents

Interacting with the airline regarding refund and cancellation policies

Maintaining dail productivity report of agents.

Handling customer service calls regarding Reservation, flight information and Marketing schemes
