Face-to-Face For Cabin Crew Jobs (Freshers)

As an Airlines Cabin Crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring passengers have a safe and enjoyable travel experience. You will be responsible for various tasks that involve customer service, safety procedures, and teamwork.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Ensure Passenger Safety:** You will demonstrate safety procedures to passengers and ensure they are compliant with safety regulations before take-off and during the flight.

- **Provide Customer Service:** You will assist passengers with their needs, answer questions, and ensure they are comfortable throughout the flight.

- **Serve Food and Beverages:** You will serve meals and drinks, ensuring that all passengers receive their orders in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of service.

- **Handle Emergencies:** In case of emergencies, you will follow established protocols to ensure the safety of all passengers, which includes providing first aid and guiding passengers in evacuating the aircraft if necessary.

- **Maintain Cleanliness:** You will help keep the cabin clean and organized, including restocking supplies and tidying public areas during the flight.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a friendly and approachable demeanor, possessing strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team are essential. You need to be adaptable, as no two flights are the same, and being calm under pressure is important. Also, a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is expected. Candidates should be at least a 10th-grade pass. No previous experience is necessary, as training will be provided.
