Job Description

As an Airlines Cabin Crew member, your primary role is to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for passengers during flights. You will work full-time in this office-based position located in Ranchi.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Passenger Safety:** You will be responsible for ensuring that all safety procedures are followed, including conducting safety demonstrations and checking emergency equipment before flights.

- **Customer Service:** You must assist passengers with their needs, from boarding to disembarking. This includes serving meals and beverages, answering questions, and addressing any concerns that arise during the flight.

- **Communication:** Maintain clear and effective communication with the flight crew and passengers. This involves relaying important information about flight status and procedures calmly and professionally.

- **Emergency Response:** Be prepared to act quickly and efficiently in emergency situations, providing first aid if needed and following safety protocols to ensure passenger safety.

- **Cleaning and Organization:** Ensure that the cabin area is clean and well-organized, preparing the space before passengers arrive and tidying it up throughout the flight.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse passengers and team members.

- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, especially in emergencies.

- A positive attitude with a customer-oriented approach is essential for excellent service.

- Willingness to work in a team and adapt to changing situations effectively.

- You should be physically fit and able to lift luggage when needed.
