Key Responsibilities:

1. Ground Handling: Assist in loading and unloading luggage and cargo from aircraft, ensuring safe and timely handling.

2. Equipment Operation: Operate ground support equipment, such as tugs and conveyor belts, to transport baggage and freight effectively.

3. Safety Protocols: Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure environment for all airport operations.

4. Communication: Work closely with the flight crew and other ground staff to support smooth aircraft turnaround and operations.

5. Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during ground handling operations, finding quick and effective solutions.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have completed at least their 10th grade education and have a positive attitude towards teamwork. Being physically fit to handle heavy luggage is important, as well as having good communication skills to interact with other team members and passengers efficiently. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure all safety measures are followed.
