Job Description

as an airline ground staff, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling at the pakur airport. you will also ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during their time on the ground.

key responsibilities:

1. assisting passengers with check-in procedures and flight boarding.

2. handling passenger baggage and ensuring it is safely transported to the aircraft.

3. providing information and assistance to passengers regarding their flight schedules and airport facilities.

4. ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal and boarding gates.

5. assisting with any passenger inquiries or issues that may arise during their time at the airport.

skills and expectations:

- must have good communication skills and a friendly personality.

- strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- willingness to work in shifts or on weekends as required.
