Opening For Airline Customer Service Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Airport Passenger Service Associate to join our team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service and an interest in the aviation industry.

POST- Ground Staff (under Airlines )

Responsibilities :-

1 . Assist passengers with check-in, boarding procedures, and luggage handling to ensure a smooth travel experience.

2. Provide accurate information to passengers about flight schedules, gate changes, and policies to improve their travel journey.

3. Address passenger inquiries and concerns promptly, using effective communication skills to resolve issues calmly and professionally.

4. Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed, maintaining a safe environment for both passengers and staff.

NOTES :-

Candidates should have good communication skills and have Pleasent personality
